A repeating pattern of leaves adorns a clay plate handmade in the village of Tunis in Egypt’s Fayoum Oasis. Hand-thrown and glazed in the traditional style of Fayoum pottery with narrative patterns and bold color combinations.
From a small company founded by two Ecuadorian women living in Cairo, Egypt with a focus on hand-drawn thread work and traditional Egyptian craft.
