Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from Orange County, CA.

What are my shipping options?
Currently, we only offer USPS flat rate shipping (free on all orders). Please contact us if you need a faster shipping option.

When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before the order ships out. You will be emailed tracking as soon as the order ships.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel an order. However, if you need to change a size please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does please contact us right away at info@shoprococo.com and we will get it taken care of for you!

What if my package is lost?
ROCOCO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

What is your return policy?
You have 10 days to contact us after you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return. At this time, we can only offer exchange or store credit. Please visit our return policy page for more information. Sale merchandise, intimates and jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
