We can only accept exchanges or offer store credit for a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when exchanging or returning for store credit. We recommend that you send the package back to us using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer an exchange or store credit for merchandise that we don’t receive. Shipping costs are non-refundable but we will happy ship the exchange to you at no charge.
*Sale merchandise, intimates and jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
*If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us by email ASAP.
We have the right to deny store credits or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please check our website to see if it is available and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, the item you are wanting to exchange and the new size you need.
We will happily ship out your new item free of charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you would like to return an item for store credit, please email us at email@example.com and provide your order number along with the item/s that you are sending back.
Once we receive the item/s, you will receive a code with the store credit amount that can be applied at checkout on your next purchase.
*Store credits expire 1 year from the issue date.
